1. Do I have to pay a commission?

Absolutely not. After the initial listing fee, there is no more to pay. No ongoing fees, no hidden costs and certainly no commissions to pay.

2. When will my listing appear on the website?

Listings paid by credit card appear immediately after being reviewed by a member of the Ultimate Berths team. The review process ensures your listing adheres to Ultimate Berths Terms & Conditions.

3. What payment options are available?

Ultimate Berths accepts all major credit cards.

4. Do I need to take photos of my berths/moorings?

Yes, more photos means more enquiries. Show off your berth/mooring as much as you can!

5. How will buyers contact me?

Contact details (name, email address and phone number) of interested parties are emailed to you immediately upon their enquiring through the website. It is then your responsibility to contact those interested parties.

6. Editing a live listing?

You may edit your listing at anytime, as many times as you like. Simply login to My Ultimate Berths and click the EDIT link.

7. Removing a listing?

So you've sold or leased your berth/mooring? Login to My Ultimate Berths and click the REMOVE link to permanently delete your listing.

8. Protecting your identity

Ultimate Berths is serious about protecting your identity. We do not reveal any of your contact details to the person who has enquired on your berth/mooring. The enquirer submits their details via the website in order for you to contact them and finalise arrangements.
